Acupuncture is a key component of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) that involves inserting fine needles into specific points on the body to promote healing, balance energy (Qi), and support overall wellness. TCM takes a holistic approach to health, focusing on the connection between the body, mind, and environment. Acupuncture can address a wide range of issues, including pain management, stress, and digestive concerns. In addition to traditional acupuncture, we also offer complementary modalities such as fire cupping, a therapy that uses heated cups to create suction on the skin, and laser acupuncture, which uses low-level lasers to stimulate acupuncture points without needles. Our practitioners are licensed and trained in both acupuncture techniques and TCM principles, offering personalized treatment to restore health and balance.
